Services: We offer Jiu-Jitsu classes and related products for purchase. All services and products are subject to the availability and instructor schedules.
Payments: All payments for membership, appointment, courses, classes and products are non-refundable but can be transferred as credit towards other services or product purchases.
Membership: Membership fees are due monthly and are non-refundable. Cancellation requires a 30-day written notice.
Appointment and class Cancellations: Classes must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.
Use of Facilities: Members must respect the facilities and equipment. Any damage caused may result in additional charges.
Liability: All members participate in classes at their own risk. The academy is not liable for any injuries sustained during training.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
