- Membership Enrollment: Memberships are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of enrollment to secure your membership. Memberships will be activated on the first visit or the date specified at the time of purchase.
- Pass Purchases: Passes for classes or open mats must be purchased in advance and are subject to availability. Passes will be activated on the first visit or the date specified at the time of purchase.
- Non-Refundable: All memberships and passes are non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may offer the option to freeze your membership for a specified period.
- Exchanges: While memberships and passes are non-refundable, we offer the flexibility to exchange your purchase for another type of membership, pass, or product we sell, subject to the difference in costs.
- Payment: Full payment must be received before the start of your membership period or before using your pass.
- Membership Changes: Any request to change or upgrade a membership must be made in writing and may be subject to additional fees.
