Our Gi program is designed to provide a comprehensive and structured approach with a set curriculum that allows all students to progress quickly. Each one-hour class begins with a brief warm-up, followed by 25 minutes of focussed drilling followed by 30 minutes of live rolling. We also offer situational sparring classes, which hone specific scenarios to further refine techniques in a live setting.
Our No Gi program covers all traditional positions in jiu jitsu but with more of a focus on the increased reliance on body mechanics and positional control, as opposed to the traditional use of grips and leverage in Gi training. We cover safe leg lock attacks and defences and training according to different rulesets. The No-Gi program is suited to anyone seeking a well-rounded and effective grappling skill set, and those looking for a more fast-paced and challenging training environment.
The oldest sport in the world. Our wrestling program offers a comprehensive approach to the sport, catering to athletes of all levels. Our kids grappling program is designed and led by three experienced black belts and supported by higher belt instructors. We run three jiu jitsu programs, one for ages 3 to 5, one for ages 6 to 8, and 9 to 14. On Saturdays we run a youth wrestling class for kids aged 6 and up.
Whether you're seeking to refine specific techniques, troubleshoot areas of improvement, or accelerate your progress, our experienced black belt instructors will provide expert insights and personalised feedback in a one-on-one setting. With focused attention and customised drills, privates are a great opportunity to enhance your technique, deepen your understanding, and improve your overall jiu jitsu game.
